2. General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.victoriacreations.ch. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.

3. Orders
The customer can place an order by following this process:

  • Select the product(s) and add them to the cart.
  • Validate the cart content.
  • Enter contact details.
  • Choose the payment method.
  • Confirm the payment.

Victoria Creations confirms the order by email. The company reserves the right to cancel an order in case of refused payment, out of stock, or product unavailability.

4. Promotional Codes and Discounts

  • Single Use: Each promotional code or discount is intended for one-time use per order.
  • Non-Cumulative: Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined. Only one code can be applied per order.
  • Terms of Use: Promotional codes are subject to specific conditions, such as validity periods or minimum purchase amounts. These conditions will be clearly stated upon issuance.
  • Non-Retroactive: Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.

5. Product Description
Each product is accompanied by a description and one or more photographs. While we strive to accurately represent the products, colors and details may vary depending on the settings of each screen. Victoria Creations cannot be held responsible for these differences.

6. Availability
Our products are offered subject to availability. In case of unavailability after placing the order, the customer will be informed by email. The customer can then cancel the order and will be refunded within 30 days from the date of payment.

7. Prices
Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), including all taxes (VAT). Shipping fees are added at the time of cart validation and are calculated according to the current rates of Swiss Post.

8. Payment
Payments can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is debited at the time of the order. Transactions are secure, and payment information is encrypted.

9. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Returned products must be in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Warranty
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects as provided by the Swiss Code of Obligations. In case of non-conformity, the product can be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Any claim must be addressed to info@victoriacreations.ch within 3 days of receiving the product.

11. Liability Clause
Victoria Creations cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the website, data loss, or inability to access the website. Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided. The company cannot be held responsible for misuse of the products.

12. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times are indicated during the ordering process. These are given as an indication and may vary.
  • Tracking: A tracking number is provided once the order is shipped.
  • Delivery Issues: In case of delay, loss, or damage to the package, the customer is invited to contact Victoria Creations as soon as possible.

13. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Procedure: Returns must be reported by email to info@victoriacreations.ch. Products must be returned in their original condition.
  • Return Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of a defective product.
  • Refund: The refund is made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products.
