What is the time limit for returning my order?

Non-personalized jewelry can be returned at your expense within 14 days of receipt. However, personalized jewelry cannot be returned.

White, yellow and pink gold

Yellow gold is an alloy composed of 58.5% gold, to which silver and copper are added. Use a soft cloth to clean your 14k gold jewelry regularly. Avoid harsh cleaning solutions.

925 Silver/Sterling Silver

Silver comes in different purities. We use 925 silver, also known as sterling silver. 925 silver is an alloy, consisting of 92.5% silver, to which 7.5% copper and brass are added. Silver can sometimes undergo oxidation (change color) due to exposure to air, creams, perfumes, etc.

In this context, we use silver as the base material. A thin layer of 14 carat gold is applied on top. Please note that the gold layer is thin and may wear off over time. Plated gold can sometimes oxidize (change color) due to exposure to air, creams, perfumes, etc.

Do you have a guarantee on your jewelry

If the jewelry discolors within six months of purchase, we offer free gilding for all products affected by this color change.

Please note that engravings on our bracelets do not come with a wear guarantee. While we use high-quality engraving techniques, the appearance of the engravings may vary over time depending on usage, exposure to elements, and the care given to the bracelets. We recommend taking care of your bracelet to maintain the quality of the engraving.
